Dr. Erin Sweet graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. She completed a year of residency training in Family Practice and Integrative Medicine at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine and a second year in Women’s Health and Integrative Medicine at A Woman’s Time in Portland, OR with Dr. Tori Hudson.

APPROACH
Dr. Sweet addresses the individual needs of patients with both naturopathic and conventional therapies and focuses on education, wellness and preventive medicine.
 

RESEARCH
Dr. Sweet believes in the importance of scientific research in naturopathic medicine. She is currently involved in clinical research at Bastyr University evaluating the use of Trametes versicolor (Turkey Tail) mushroom in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. Dr. Sweet is also completing her Master’s in Public Health in epidemiology at the University of Washington .

PRACTICE
Dr. Sweet is interested in all aspects of women’s health care from adolescence through menopause. Dr. Sweet advocates using research-supported therapies to develop individualized treatment for each patient utilizing counseling and education, therapeutic nutrition, nutraceuticals, herbal medicine, bio-identical hormones and other therapies.
